Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes, processing may take a little longer — we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days for standard shipping.
Express shipping (if available): 2–4 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or festivals.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment (coming soon).
Damages
ZYKUS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly.
If the issue persists, email us at support@zykus.in with your order number and photos of the damaged package.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.
